Clam Killer...

I have recently switched my tank from an FOWLR to a dedicated reef tank. I added a crocea clam about a week ago. I went to work today and the clam was fine. I come home to an empty shell, but have no idea who might have eaten it. I haven't seen any fish nip at the zoos, frogspawn, or mushrooms I have added either.

The suspects:
Powder Brown Tang 5"
Zebra Angel 4"
Longnose Hawkfish 4"
2 Maroon Clowns 5"/4"
Leopard Wrasse 3"
Six-line Wrasse 2"
3 Blue green Chromis
2 arrow crabs
1 Sally Lightfoot
lots of hermits

Any ideas?

Crabs in general are opportunistic feeders. I dont trust any crab in my tanks unless they are scarlet and blue leg hermits. Here is a quote from Live Aquaria "When large, it can become aggressive and catch and eat small invertebrates and fish.". Sorry for your loss. I would trap him asap.

A sally lightfoot is the only creature I've banished to the fuge, and then returned to the tank, through the return pump, in pieces. RIP sally.
