clam mantle pinching.. and FW dip

i dipped my maxima in freshwater with the same pH... how long does it take for them to come around if they are going to come around?

i just did a freshwater dip on my clam. it was about 12 hours before mine was fully extended again. the clam still has one area that isn't fully extended but it looks a million times better than it did before the freshwater dip.

I have done several FW dips. My clams are always opened with full mantle extension within 12 hours after the dip. Probably a lot sooner but I always dip right after the lights go out so they don't see light again for another 11 hours. If the clam isn't looking better by the second day I would be concerned.
