Clam? Oyster? Mollusk? ID please

I picked up a piece of rock a while back that has some mushrooms on it. I saw this piece attached to the side of it maybe a lil smaller than a quarter on it. I though it was a dead skeleton of some coral. I stuck the rock in the sand and left it alone. I moved it yesterday to get some better lighting on it and well..... its grown. Appears to be some sort of clam style something or other. Its very flat, maybe 1mm thick and at the edge has what appears to be meshing "teeth". Clear shell with dark lines through it. Anyone know the official name of this hitch hiker?

I can't tell too much from the pic, but "clear shell with lines through it" usually means Isognomon or a related species of oyster.

It looks like an oyster to me as well.
