well, my crocea just made a mess of my tank. first sperm, then eggs. im mixing water right now. Non RO for the first time since the tank was set-up because i just set up a quarentine tank last night. this used up my emergency water, what are the odds. the first time i actually needed it and i dont have it. i guess my question is wether or not the corals will eat any of it and how fast and how much water do i need to change. it is a 65 gallon tank with a 20 gallon sump, probably 55 gallons of water with the rock and sand figured in. 5 small fish and a bunch of acros.

Good thing you were around when it happened! I would do some serious water changes. I have heard of tank taking a dive cause of a clam spawn.

well, i just got done with a water change, i have the clam in a bucket with a powerhead and have been changing its water every hour or so. i think its done but i dont want to mess around. im out of carbon but ill be doing another water change as soon as i can get my fire shrimp out of the tank and do a RB treatment. today has been a bad day.
