Clams under ATI Powermodule

Keeping it Simple
Hi all! My tank will be 12" in height and 24"x24" in footprint, and the sole purpose will be to display clams. I will be using an ATI 6x24w Powermodule T5 fixture (if that is ok for the clams).

Bulb Configuration:
ATI 12k Aquablue
ATI Blue+
ATI 12k Aquablue
ATI Blue+
ATI 12k Aquablue
ATI Blue+

That leads me to my two questions:
1. With this configuration, would that be enough PAR for the clams (T. Crocea, T. Maxima)?

2. Would you recommend I change a bulb or two for better color? (keep in mind I like a little bit of blue)

Thanks for any help! :)

I would deffinately say that it enough light. Your tank is pnly 12" tall. Also they are t-5 HO lights. I dont think a bulb change is required. Post pics that will be very neat.

Great! In your opinion, would it be too much lighting? Anyway, I'll definitely post pics once I set the tank up. My 65 is SPS dominate, and some of my clams are getting their mantles flopped over if I increase the flow too much. I've always wanted a clam tank so I'm stoked!

No it should not be too much light. I would not buy any clams that are housed under MH or T-5's due to light shock. I have seen some LFS keep clams under PC's/

What do you guys think for fish? I was thinking either 2 black percs and 2 other fish. Or 4-5 orange lined cardinal fish. Let me know! :D
