Clarkii clownfish breeding

I purchased two Clarkii clownfish about two weeks ago they are nice to each other most of the time and even sleep together. One has started chasing the other and it is submitting by swimming on its side and shaking as normal. The problem is that the bigger one is the one sumbitting and the smaller one is more dominant why is this? If this is ok how long will it take them to pair and how long will it take them to breed after that?

How large are they?
If you got a large male an a smaller female you may have the usual size relation reversed. The female may catch up or it may just remain that way.
In the 80s I had a melanopus pair where the male was slightly larger than the female (both were quite big).
Also, many members of the Amphiprion group (clarkii and tomato complex) don't necessarily have a large size difference between female and male like you may see with members of the Actinicola group (A. percula, A. ocellaris) or maroons (P. biaculeatus).
