I bought 2 clarkiis about 4 months ago. They both looked perfect at the time but the smaller one quickly developed black discoloration on its tail fin. I asked about it here but noone replied. He never slowed down always ate well it really didn't seem to bother him. Lately I even thought it was receding. But today I noticed some webbing on his dorsal fin is missing and the black discoloration is worse than its been recently. No other fish are affected. Here's a photo. Any help will be appriciated.
