clarkii needs help

Hi all!
I need some help with my Clarkii. I bought him a week ago. I've treated with cooper sulfate because he had some white spots on him. Since I put him in the main tank, his caudal fin started to fray and he still scratches himself.
Here are some photos:

My tank is 33g.
NO2- 0
NO3- 5
NH3- 0
PH- 8,2

Someone can diagnoses my little fish?

1 week of copper isn't long enough to rid the fish of the parasite, it's good practice to keep the fish in QT for 2-3 weeks after the spots are all gone.
