clean sand

what is you method to clean the sand in your nano i.e. goby, star, cucumber, high flow etc??? I have a lil goby that is doin an awesome job I havve medium sand but the fine stuff is making the tank a little cloudy and dont know if I should keep him or not. BTW I already have nassarius snails.

The nice thing about a Nano is that you can change the sand when ever for next to nothing. To do this I would req that you have a hang on full of sand so you don't lose the benefits of an established sand bed.

A lot of ceriths, two scarlet hermits, and two nass seem to do the job on my tank. 10 gallons and about an inch of sand.
