Clean up crew for 10Gallon Nano

Hi everyone! I'm new here on RC and I'm just starting up a nano reef for the first time!
Set Up: 10 Gallon tank, penguin bio-wheel 100gph filter, aquaclear 20 powerhead (126gph), 15lbs Fiji semi cured rock (1.5 weeks), and 20lbs live carb-sea sand.

I've noticed that the rock has a lot of brown stuff on it and some brown algae starting to grow on the live sand, as well as some small fine (Possibly hair) algae growing on the sides of the tank.

I wanted to get a clean up crew, but don't know what to get......
I've read up on Nassarius snails, or Astrea Snails.... I don't really want hermit crabs, cuz of the extra shells i'd need to provide.
I just added a little bit of cheato to the tank to help with the nutrient export today.

I don't really have a test kit yet, so i'm hoping that the levels are okay. I'll bring a small sample into my LFS to test and hopefully I can add some cleaners. Should I wait a little bit longer? What should I buy? When do you think I can add a fish? (Thinking of a single firefish in another two weeks, hehehe..... but I know I shouldn't rush it)

I live in the Chicago and primarily travel by The EL..... I was also wondering if anyone knew of any good LFS that might be accessible by the EL? I am currently going to Old Town Aquarium, but want to check out other possible options.

Thanks for any assistance or advice you can give me!

Hey, I also live in Chicago city. Couple things I've noticed/ pieces of advice. You can take them or leave them.

1. Blue legged hermits are significantly more aggressive than the red legged hermits.

2. Your best bets in Chicago city are as follows:
For drygoods/ liverock> http://premiumaquatics.com; we are one day ground ship zone for them so shipping is very low. Reputation on live rock is basically flawless. As is their customer service.
For SPS mostly but other coral too> menard at Reef Dweller at 5858 N Lincoln Ave. Don't know if that is train accesible.
Coral> most Chicago stores are high!!!! Beware! Pay attn to this board. Alot of times people are breaking down tanks and stuff and you can get very reasonable pricing. Considering your issue with transportation, pay attention to Cherry Picks on Premium Aquatics, consider LiveAquaria.com for larger livestock orders where you can get free shipping.

3. As far as inverts um you can get in on that group order but then you gonna have to pick up. If you need em right away, order em from Premium Aquatics, they pretty reasonable. Basic invert is like $1 if u order more than 24.

Overall, just keep premium aquatics, menard, and reef central ppl in mind!
