Cleaner for lionfish (oral hygiene)?

Need help: what cleaner is suitable for cleaning the lionfish (teen mombassa), mouth and the face?

Tried: cleaner wrasse - not cleans, but pinches, and the blood shrimp - did excellent job for 1.5 years for 3 lions, until was eaten today (can you see me, tearing my hair off?).

The only else cleaners, I know, are blue neon goby and cleaner shrimp, both unlikely to survive.

Who else?

I don't know, is there any real necessity in cleaning, or fish just like to be petted, but they were served very frequently, coming themselves to the cave.

Thanks.

Cleaner wrasse (true, mot mimic) was removed to a separate tank - it pinched fish all the time, driving it mad. It moves fast - too fast for a lion. But doesn't do the job.

The blood shrimp was chosen by the fish: fish comes to the cave, assumes not threatening pose, and shrimp runs forward to pat face by antennae, do something by it's fine pincers, including once witnessed full-arm-inside-lion's-mouth work.

How they communicate - who knows, but in this case shrimp was running forward, when the lion only started to approach. Some kind of emergency?

Any other cleaners come in mind?
