Cleaner Pump Not Working

I have the reefpack 200 (nano skimmer & cleaner) and now the pump on the ceaner does not work, or works sparatically. I have taken it apart and cleaned it and it works sometime and other times it does not. I have found that if I take the cover off the pump and move the propeller it works, but once putting it back together, it may or may not work.

When it is in the tank, I never know if it is going to work or not and I have to always take it out adjust the pump cover and put it back in. Once in the tank, again it may or may not work, but I never know if it will.

You are welcome to send it in, if it is less than 2 years old and we cannot repair it we will replace it under warranty.

Just include a note with your return address and describing that the problem is intermittent so we check further into it than we might otherwise.

Thanks, it is less than 2 year old. All you need is the actual pump and not the whole unit?

Just the pump, include the impeller and all pump parts but that is all I need.

Can I still send in the pump? It has still been working on and off. If I get it work, I try not to shut of the power so it stays working. However, I recently shut off the power and it agains works intermittently.

I've again cleaned it however, once the cover is on, it may or may not work and each time I completely put it back together and in the tank, it does not work most of the time. If I repeat the process of taking it apart and puting it back together, I may get luckly sometimes.
