The sort of bad news is they won't survive, the good news is that they will alternate having babies around every 10 days or so and your fish and other creatures will enjoy the live food.
They generally give birth within an hour of the lights being turned off. It is a very neat experience.

Why will they not survive??? i think my did a couple days ago, i looked in the tank, and in some of the rubble rock i saw little tiny things swimming around. they had little red lines on them, i can only imagine that they were baby cleaner shrimp, i have 2.

Reef tanks don't provide appropriate food and the larvae have an extremely long planktonic period, during which they're unbelievably fragile. Most reefs also have lots of hungry mouths including corals and fish that would love to eat them too.
You may have a few that make it the first couple of days, but beyond that is extremely unlikely in a reef tank. Even in specially designed culture systems it's very rare to get them to adulthood.
Usually what people think are larval shrimp in their tanks turn out to be mysids.
