CLEANER SHRIMP Eggs!!!

From what I've heard it is VERY difficult. Last year I believe no one has been successful in doing it. But I could be wrong on that.

I've got joyce wilkerson (sp?)s book and one called how to raise and train your peppermint shrimp... Kind of takes a special setup because of the time before metamorphosis and the size of food you need to provide....

And you need a tank for them to release in free of predators, flow enough to keep water quality high but not so much it knocks larval shrimp smashing into the side... When I have more time I'd do it but for now I cross my fingers one makes it by accident... If not free food for my corals =)

I have two skunk cleaners and they have eggs about once a month. They ended up to be great fishfood, that's about it.

Yea I'd be surprised if anyone has been successful. The cleaner shrimp I've heard has had no successes yet and alot of people have tried.

:-( i really want to try - i have like a 100 different tanks and i have this sponge filter from azoo (its huge) that you hook up to air - so i might give it a try - but what to feed them and how often cause i dont want to over feed and nuke the tank

I'd start with the smallest sized food possible.. zooplankton\phytoplankton.. if you google around for raising different kinds of shrimp theres a few helpful articles out there also that talk about some successful setups people have had
