Cleaner Shrimp holding eggs

I just noticed that my cleaner shrimp is carrying eggs(light green color) under its belly.
If I am right, how can I take care of this and the eggs.
I do not know what to do to save those eggs.
Do I have to just forget them?

Unless you can set up a dedicated system to raise the larvae then forget about the eggs. Cleaner shrimp larvae arent one of the easier to raise shrimp. The larvae will be fun snack for your fish and corals.
