Cleaner shrimp NOT molting!

Hi!

I have a cleaner shrimp that stopped molting.
I mean the shrimp would molt regularly but the last month it has not molted.
She looks dirty. I am not sure what to do.
Everything else is doing great in the tank. And by everything else I mean the 2 clowns and 5 or 6 LPS corals I have.

I test my water daily for alkalinity and Ca because I am fine-tuning my 3-pump dosing pump. I test for Mg once a week and PH which is kinda constant between 8-8,2 depending time of day.

I can't figure out why the shrimp stopped molting!
Will it die if she doesn't molt soon?

What salt are you using? How frequent and large are your water changes? How many crustaceans are in the system?

Could just be getting old. I had a pair of cleaners, and one of them started getting a little slower, and got "dirty" like you said. He had these small brown spots all over him. They kinda reminded me of liverspots that you see on an old person. Soon enough, he passed away. The other one is still going strong though a year later.

I use aqua forest probiotic salt, which is supposed to have iodine.
I do 20% water changes every week.
The shrimp is the only crustacean in the tank (16g nano). There is another crab somewhere in the rocks but tis tiny.
