Cleaner shrimp on frogspawn

Can cleaner shrimp hurt corals like frogspawn?
My cleaner shrimp diggs around in my big frogspawn and I worry that it can hurt the coral causing tissue damage and open the door for bacterial like brown jelly.
Should I put him in the sump??
This happens only at night

Does the frogspawn look closed up often during the day or just unhappy? If not i don't think the cleaner shrimp is hurting the frogspawn.

Nope
At night the frogspawn does its usual closing up after the lights go out, which I think it's normal. But no signs of stress while the shrimp is on it.
