Cleaner Shrimp Shredding Shell/Skin

Hi All,
Finding this site very helpful in answering all us newbies questions! Anyway my tank has been up and running for 2 months now with clean up crew in for 6 weeks. I have noticed my 2 shrimps have shed their skin/shells about 3 times now! Is this normal or could there be something up?

It's normal, called Molting. ~Matt

its normal i believe if you have lots of iodine in your water that causes them to molt a lot but its a normal thing

Freshwater and saltwater shrimp do it.

Mine molt ever month or so.

It's how they can grow: that shell doesn't stretch. These must be well-fed shrimp.

My shrimp used to molt every 1 and a half week, actually it returned to the "normal" molting period of every month.
One more thing donÃ"šÃ‚´t take out the molt ince it will be food for the pods and so.
