Hi
Can anyone help me please, I have just found one of my cleaner shrimp lying dead in the tank and the top half of its shell was covered with black spots. It also appeared to be pregnant as its underbelly was full with green eggs.
I have checked the remaining cleaner shrimp and it seems to be developing the same problem, it has no appetite, and just hangs off the back of the one of the live rocks. We also have two dancing shrimp but they are completely unaffected.
One of them appeared to have molted last night but I have no idea which one.
We have a 130 litre tank which has been running for around a month, today's readings are shown below:
Temp (27.5)
Salinity (1.023)
pH (8.6)
Alk (2.25)
NO2 (0)
NH3/NH4+ (0)
NO3 (25) (High Range)
NO3 (5) (Low Range)
Could someone please let me know what is going on
