Cleaner shrimp

My cleaner shrimp wants my hand everytime I put it in the tank. I'm wearing gloves now but do pinch your skin if you don't have gloves on?

Yup, mine constantly crawls all over my hand and pinches me. It doesn't really hurt but it can be annoying. He's still one of my favorite animals, though!
