cleaner wrasse behaviour

is it normal behavior for a cleaner wrasse to hide all the time?
I thought they were supposed to be quit social fishes cleaning around?

My cleaner wrasse hid for a while, but now is out and about all the time.

How new is the fish to your tank? It may just be getting used to your tank. Also, depending on the inhabitants, it may not feel safe coming out far from the rockwork.
