Cleaning Live Rock

I'll be setting up a new tank in the coming months, currently have a tank set up with some older live rock that I'd like to reuse for the new tank. Problem is that I have seen redbugs, aptasia, and possible dinos in this current setup. Would like to keep the look of this aged rock without all the hitchhikers as I want new tank to be pest-free. Is boiling the only options or could I dip the entire rock in something like Bayer or CoralRX?

Thanks.

You should never boil rock, fumes can be fatal. You are probably confused with "cooking" the rock which is a chemical process, and would be the best option to get rid of all pests and and possible phosphates at the same time.

Having redbugs, aptasia and dinos, I would just use the "cooking" method and be sure I have a pest free rock to start.
