Cleaning

Hi!

I have a 6100 that had the alarm go off. It turns out that the drive shaft is not working because of the deposits left from the Kalk I add. The manual recommends using a vinegar soltion to clean it. What is the vinegar/ water proportions ?

Also, can I just immerse the entire pump as well? How long? Do I need to grease it afterward ?

Thanks in advance....

No grease, water is the lubricant. Be sure to review the parts in the manual so you seperate all the parts, they often get fused by the calcium. You can use straight vinegar or 50/50 with warm water. You can immerse the entire pump, just not the electronics portion.
