Clear long skinny worm!!!!

I was looking in my tank and saw a skinny worm that was clear. It looked like it was waving in the water near my clam. Is this something to worry about? I have already lost a clam and I am paranoid. It is very small and looks to be like tentacles waving around, but they move. Thanks in advance
