paid $129. Not sure if its a good deal or not. My LFS is AWESOME super knowledgeable amazing stock really well known throughout the state and because of that no one really complains about price. I'm happy with it though its a pretty big chunk.

Now i was wondering what is the difference between favia and brain coral? I was looking around and was interested in favia as well, is a brain coral in the same family as favia? Thanks guys! :)

Brain coral is a common name which is attached to numerous genera. Favia is the scientific name for the genus. There are lots of other closed and open brains out there, I like to use the latin to be more specific and save confusion.

Few days later and the red is becoming a bit more apparant during the day hours when all lights are on. I did notice the mouths being a bit more open the last day or two during the day. Are they hungry? I did feed the tank some frozen food and tried to get some food down to it but the fish I think got it all. Sometime this week I'll try during lights out time.
