closed zoanthids+ wierd tissue growth

Ive hade these zoanthids for about 3 months now and have grown much since that time. The last 6 or so days they have been closed up. Only a few polpys open. There is also some wierd tissue growth i have circled around that i dont know what it could be.

Either a TUNICATE ( got tons of those ) or Sponge...

If you don't dose a lot of phyto they will die off.

I think i found the problem. My salinity is very high. Way too high. We had a heat wave in toronto and i had a lot of evaporation not to mention the aquarium hitting 84 degrees. Im currently dripping fresh R/O water into a well circulating area of the aquarium. But for that tissue growth. I have no clue what it could be. Like you guys mentioned maybe fungus of sponge etc. I will ease down on my phyto dosing see if that helps.

If I try to get any closer with my digital camera it begins to get blurry. That is as close as I could get without it being blurry. I know how important close pictures are in dianosing problem such as this but it is soft to the touch, looks like it part of the zoanthids colony and has 2 spliting branches with pink tips.
