Clouds and Clown(multiple pics)

The camera is a kodak point and shoot, the cloud shots were taken with the "night landscape" settting and the clown shots with the flower setting using flash. The clown only goes into the feather duster at night so I had to shoot and hope that I got decent pics.
I only get about 10% of my shots that I feel are good enough to share, and even those frequently arent great pics, Im open to suggestions on how to get better pics, knowing that my camera is pretty limited.
Edit-- The only editing I do to my pics is cropping and resizing for forums. The camera takes the pics in 480dpi resolution and I lower that to 200dpi then size to 4.5 in wide so pics will max at 900pixels wide(except that last clown pic which I had cropped small enough I didnt do resolution).
