Cloudy Eye

I picked up 2 randalls anthias two days ago, one of them has a cloudy eye that is starting to get kind of puffy. They fish are eating mysis shrimp 4 times a day. They are in a qt tank and I started the copper treatment yesterday because a chalk bass has ich. They seem very active and eat every time food hits the water. Is this pop eye? Will it go away on it's own?

With one cloudy eye, it's more likely that it's caused by trauma, such as an injury from fighting. I'd continue feedings and allow the eye to heal on its own.
