Cloudy Eye

My Large Regal Tang has cloudy eye. I have no idea how to treat this, please help!

is it just one eye or 2.

if it is both it may be an infection

we need more info what are your water paramaters.

is the fish new is it in q/t.

to start i would do a large water change with well aged and areated water.
