cloudy make up water?

ok, i'm stumped here- i'm doing my normal 15 gallon make up of water- 10 which is used for a water change and 5 for reserve tank.

I have a RO/DI system and i filled up 3- 5g (one was probably short a gallon or two) gallon juggs and dumped them into my keg tub. (1) jugg i had with some saltwater or so i thought? maybe it was some back up lime water mix, but either way i dumped all three in and checked the salinity- it was at .11 and i added 3 1/4 cups of tropic marin to bring it up to .26.

the water was still cloudy and the salt had completely dissolved over the last 45 minutes via mag pump- i checked the levels just to be sure nothing was wrong,

Calc 450
DKH 10.5
PH 8.4
salinity .26

my tank levels are
CAlC: 450
DKH 5
PH 8.0
Salinity .26

So, i'm assuming that my jug that i thought had saltwater must have also had some lime water mix- the make up water tub water is still cloudy- should i not change the water even though the levels are good? They test kits are reliable and i test weekly so i'm comfortable with the accuracy of the tests.

any thoughts? maybe just lime water that hasn't fully dissolved and maybe will during the corse of the water change?

And RO/ DI is at 5ppm efficency.
