Hi there, the water in my tank is still very cloudy. It's at the back end of cycling and I'm not far off being abke to add a CUC. However the water is very cloudy still. I have added 300g of fluval carbon to the rear "sump" yesterday. How long will that take to have an effect?
Also I have recently noticed hundreds of tiny white creatures swimming and crawling around, would this have an effect at all?
My tank details are :
Kent marine bio tank 94l
Rear sump is:
100w heater in rear compartment 1
Bit of live rock rubble, purigen net, 100g carbon net in compartment 2.
Nano skimmer and 200g carbon compartment 3.
1000l/ph return pump in compartment 4.
Main tank
10kg live rock,
4kg sand, half live.
Nothing else in tank except for leather coral was given from person I got tank off. I am prepared to just wait and see. I'm not going to rush things.
Any advice is welcome.
