Cloudy water???

Hey i just filled my 75 with ro water and the water seems cloudy i had the water sitting still for a day or so because i didnt have enough ro water to fill it. But now the water is cloudy i have my heater and my wet dry is running now but what could the cloudness be from??

have you added any sand? i just started setting up my tank, and after i added the sand, its still has not cleared a 100%, but its getting there, other than that, i am not sure..

no thank you ill have to add the sand right now its ok to add the water in the bag too right??
