Clown & BTA Pic

I just purchased a pair of clowns and a BTA from the LFS. The clowns took about 24 hours to begin hosting. The female at this point won't let the male get within 3-4 inches of the BTA. She is pretty nasty..

Can you help me identify the specific species of clown in this pic. The LFS had this as a Black and White Percula.

Thanks!

Looks like an Onyx, which is a True Percula and not an Oscellaris. However, my eyes are those of a noobie's :)

But doesn't look like a Black Oscellaris to me.

People will also tell you that your BTA is bleached. However, don't let that get you down. I've never seen a BTA at a LFS yet that didn't look exactly like yours. Just follow the advice others give you here and I'm sure it will pull through.

Thanks for the compliments. Btw, the pic was taken under actinic lighting only so it shows the anemone as a bit whiter than under 10k.

The anemone has slid under a rock in the shade. It's tentacles are not withered, but it doesn't seem to eat anything. Any ideas on food suggestions to entice the little guy to eat? Silversides maybe?

I'll try and take a photo under 10k & actinic to better render the color of the anemone.

Thanks,

Ryan
