Clown Conflict Resolution?

I have two tank-reared Oscellaris Clowns. They are both small juveniles that were purchased at the same time from the same tank. One has begun bullying the other chasing it around the tank. The other one tries to hide from the bully, but the bully keeps chasing it out of its hiding spots. It has started to display signs of stress. I'm wondering what the best course of action would be. Any tips?

It sounds like a dominance issue. I would remove the bully then reintroduced it. Or you could put the one that is stressed in an acclimation box in tank so the other one can dee it but can't actually make contact and see how they get on.
