clown eggs

so my clowns have been laying eggs just about every ten days there on there 5th batch i woke up this morning and all the eggs were gone? both nemos looked very distraught. Any ideas what might have happened?

My two tomatoes have been doing the same for about 4 months now.....I finally caught the female ...eating them.

i dont think they hatched they were only a day old the last 4 layings hatched on the eighth day and i am now raising them what would cause the female to eat them?

Stress or they were infertile.
