Three months ago I got an RBTA. I was hoping that my ocellaris clowns would take up residency in it, but knew this might not happen. Well, yesterday morning I saw my female clown diving around in the RBTA. I was/am so happy.
It's actually good that it took some time for this to happen. The anemone was kind of bleached out and has been recovering well. It is at full health now, so the timing is perfect. I don't know what would have happened if it hosted a clown during the recovery.
The female is starting to spend more time in there, and the male is skirting around the outside, a little reluctant to take the plunge. Soon enough, the 2 of them will be together in the anemone. I can't wait (well, after 3 months I have actually learned to wait).
Just needed to share this with you all. I will get some pics up sometime (actually the transition from bleached to healthy might be interesting to some anyway).
