Clown fish concerns

I have a true clown fish that has frayed fins. The interesting thing is that I have good water levels, my coral is growing nicely, I have plenty of coralline on my live rock, and my other fish have no problems whatsoever. I've had the clown fish for six months and his condition gets a little better, but then the frayed fins returns. What could it be and should I be worried?

Something is likely picking on him. Sit across the room for a couple hours and observe.

I'm not sure. I have looked at him for many hours, and it seems he gets along well with all tank inhabitants. He has hosted a torch coral. Could that be burning him?

If there are a lot of feather dusters o. The torch that may be the problem. Thw skeleton is rather rough around the flesh of the coral. I have seen this before with clowns hosting torches.
