clown fish have white spots not sure?

both of my clown fish have white spots on thier fins look like peices of white sand it doesnt really look ike "ich" these white white speckles are very small and my both false percs seem to be diving into the sand and causing small sand storms they kinda just rub thier head in, im hopeing thats what the small white things are I dont see it on my chromis , not sure if this is normal and does sand stick to thier bodies??

I was also trying to get pics but they wont stay still!!

doest ich look like white spots its more like speckles and im not really to sure about ich but I have had the fish for about a month and a half now would they suddenly just get ich?

If you added any new tank inhabitants recently, sure.

I added 5 chromis I couldnt find the chromis next day im guessing it died and clean up crew took care of it serpent star and hermits, there is a hood so it deff did not jump. the chromis look to be fine there shiny blue maybe I just cant see if its on them at all I think my best bet would be to buy a Quarintine tank and stick them all in it? Or feed them garlic covered food thats was another idea or even cleaner shrimp since it looks like its just starting do you think that would help If i stuck some cleaner shrimp in there?
