clown fish hosting on my elephant ear

good day guys. i have a problem with my clown fish because it hosted on my elephant ear. i had my elephant ear for two years now and the problem is that it is not opening anymore because of the clown. this happened a month ago. before it happened, my elephant ear opens very big and wide about the size of my two hands. but now it never opens and is just around 2.5 inches in diameter and just sticking on the rock.

do you guys have a suggestion on what should i do? TIA

Be cautious with that elephant ear mushroom, I had one about the size of a dinner plate a few years back that ended up eating a pair of ocellaris clowns that were trying to be hosted by it and a few green chromis that tried to hide in it at night . Chances are its nothing the clown did that irritated the coral, maybe a just a slight change in its environment or chemical warfare from neighboring corals, either way good luck and hopefully it wont become a fish eater like mine did.
