Clown fish laying down

[yamaha racer]

My wife and I recently got 2 clowns, ones a true perc and the other is a Darwin. They are fine and eat plenty but the Darwin keeps laying down on the sand. As soon as u move he gets up but will lay down often. Any idea why?
