I have a small clown fish that has a pop eye, I think, but his eye is sticking out Its been a few days now. I don't know how to treat it!!!! any thoughts. I just set up my QT 10 gal set up... but now im not sure whats next.

One eye or both? If one eye, it's likely eye trauma due to injury. Dosing epsom salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gals) will help ease the swelling.

Treat with olive oyl. lo.l Do a google search on epsom salts. Did this with freashwater angel years ago, and it worked.

It's only one eye poping out. He still swims and eats good all the time. Now in order to treat him should i treat him in my hospital tank or in the display? I have him in a 55 gal only fish. No corals.

If you have a smaller tank, I'd put him in it and treat. Make sure you have a mature filter on it.
