Are different types of Clowns able to breed together?? (please don't laugh at me!

I have a true percula and a falce percula that seem to be "dancing" with each other sometimes.

I had a bit of a (no, make that another!) tragedy yesterday morning. I was leaving for work and I heard a slurping sound. I went down to my tank and the sump was almost empty except for the last 2" of water. I shut off the pump and had to race off to work. When I got home late last night, I had to start doing the "ShamWOW" thing to my carpet. I started to make some more salt water and then I noticed some tiny brown/orangeish little disks that were pulsing in the water up at the top of the tank. They we're about the size of a poppyseed. and kinda looked like little spaceship discs. They were gone when I got the pump back up and running. I assume they went into my overflow and on to my sump. Any ideas on what they could be? or if 2 different types of Clowns are able to breed?

Umm not sure, maybe ask Chuck (chuggy), pretty sure he breeds clowns.

and btw i did get your work sched and do intend to come over to help with the ro when i get the chance but i been really busy at work and had some red slime build up in my tank so between the 2 ive been on ot.

I got 1 clown from you, but I already had 2 in my tank. I "think" one was a true perc and one was a false perc. I bought the second one thinking it was the same as the first only to get it home and see that it is lighter than the original one I had. They get along good and like I mentioned in the original post, like to "dance" together. I got the little guy from you because I thought it would be a match with one of the ones I already had. They still like to be together though. Well yesterday for some strange reason (I still am not exactly sure what happened) my tank flooded my basement! and to think I actually felt a little cockey at the meeting when they asked if there was anyone else that had flooded their house because of their tank and I was very proud of the fact that I had not!! until yesterday!!! Well as I was trying to "ShamWow" the carpet and wait to make more saltwater I noticed these little disc type things in the water at the top of my tank. They kind of pulsed in and out like little spaceships. (I know by now that if you didn't think I was off my rocker, I have just confirmed it!! hehehe) I had never seen anything like it before in there and thought that maybe they were little baby fish eggs trying to hatch? I didn't think that the 2 types of clowns would have interracial babies but I don't know what else it could have been. So......I thought I would ask if anyone knew anything about if they could breed or if they couldn't, what type of things they could have been. Any clues?


No problem about the RO unit. When ever you get time. I know that your busy with your own stuff. Let me know when you have a minute.

I am thinking about shooting over to that Jurassic Park tomorrow and see if they have any PC bulbs. My Xenia and some zoo'x are struggling because 2 of the bulbs are totally out. I did try to check out Dr. Fosters and Smith but I got confused so I thought I would try to ask a human and also check out their stuff.
