clown fish sick

I have had this clown fish for a little over a month. I recently go a new one and the day after I got it, it showed discoloration on its head. It was dead on the ground two days later.

Now the old clown fish I have also shows discoloration on its head. The white part now has dull gray splotches. Any one know what this is? The only think I know is that its not ich.

I got a new clownfish to replace the one that died the other day because I didn't think about diseases. Should I get the sick clownfish out and put it out of its misery? Will it recover? I don't have a quarantine tank.

Do you have any pics?
It kind of sounds like HLLE or some sorta bacterial/fungal infection. Brooklynella maybe?
I'm not entirely sure, a pic would be helpful. Maybe search some of these.

Well.... its too late for any remedies now.

Are there any special food that I could buy to help boost the immune systems of the rest of the fish I still have in the tank?

Others use Garlic Guard (controversial) or Selcon, or vitamins. I say do some research on each and decide what you think is best for you and your fishies
