Clown Fish Skin Irritation

Hi, I am trying to diagnose a sink irritation for one of my clowns. Have had in the take for about 3 years now. 1 of a pair. Tank has been stable for several years...no new fish, very light bio load. Tank is about 125g. Never had an issue with the clowns until this showed up yesterday. The center of the sore is red and slightly raised. The other clown look fine, no issues, as do all the other inhabitants. No changes in water quality. Only change a 15gal water change over the weekend. Eating fine...acting normal

Any ideas would be great.

Really hard to tell since the picture is so small. It could just be a injury from something in the tank like rockwork or possibly a injury from the other clownfish. Just keep a eye on it and if it gets worse I would remove the clown and put it in a hospital tank with a antibiotic

Thanks Dmorty217... see attached for better pics. My suspicion is he got a little banged up. The other one is just fine. Both are eating like pigs!

Yes and yes...I have 3 tangs. Hippo, scopas and tomini. They have all been together for 2-3 years now seem to get along fine.
