My pair of Clownfish have a weird flaky spots towards their heads from the gills forward(none on the kill or close to the gill slits). They also have a foggy ness on one of their eyes and have a raised white spot on the eye. They are eating and are not breathing heavily.

Not sure what it is offhand, but water params ok? Cloudy eyes may indicate a bacterial infection. But bacterial/fungal infections can certainly go hand in and. Off water params can lead to symptoms such as cloudy eyes, etc. A partial water change (20%? volume) every day for 1-3 days is worth a shot.

I'd check your water params, feed well (boost with vitamins). You can try giving the fish a medicated bath.

I'd first focus on antibacterial/fungus meds. If it doesn't clear it up, you could treat for an external parasite. I'm not sure what causes the 'flaky' head symptom. A fungus maybe?

-I use formalin-ms for external parasites&fungi. Use as a bath/dip.
-Rid-Ich+ also seems to work well. I don't necessarily use it for Ich. It helped bring a 6-line wrasse in QT back from the edge of death in a matter of hours. Fungus/protozoa(parasite) treatment. It stains green though.
-Some use Melafix for bacterial/fungal treatment. I haven't used it myself but it seems popular. I noticed they now have a Melafix marine that also works for corals.
-I haven't used Maracyn (Maroxy is one type), but have been recommended to me many times for bacterial infections.

I had quite high nitrites and ive done multiple 20% water changes and vacuumed my sand bed. I had my water checked the day before last and they said all was good. Had slightly high nitrites but i vacuumed more. I think it may be stress to because my golden tail moray has been quite hostile.
