Not to hitchhike this thread, but I'd be curious to know how many others in the area are raising fry from spawning pairs.

[And why aren't my pics showing in the thread????]

You didn't surround the URL (web page of each picture) with the image tags.

Hi, Kathy! I haven't seen you post in quite some time. :)

Hi, Gary. Thanks for putting up the pic. And for remembering me! Yes, I've not posted in ages, but when my pair started spawning last fall, I got onto the fish breeding forum. I need to start hanging out here again, too.

I put the URL's surrounded with the IMG tags. If I edit my post I can see they're in that format, so I'm missing something...

To embed an image directly in your post you can use the img button or simply surround the url of the picture with img and /img --->[but both of those need to be in these brackets!]<---

Do you still have the Fungia and it's offspring?

This is the very first picture I took using a digital camera (that I borrowed from ReeferMac).

Gary,

Sadly, the fungia and it's offspring are no more! Lost a few things in a die-off...

Thanks for the picture posting tips. I had already tried the instructions you pointed me to. All links are embedded correctly (with IMG and the backets) as far as I can tell. Oh well!

Below each of your gallery pictures is an URL that needs to be cut and pasted in your post with the bracketed img tags surrounding it. It says "use this in img tags" below each of your pictures- (don't use the address at the top of your browser).

You will be surprised how easy this is to do once you get the hang of it.
Sorry about the Fungia.

Very nice, every one. I'll have to get a pic of my black Ocellaris.
I have an extra pair of ocellaris if any one is interested.

The pair I'm offering are orange.

I had a Clarkii Clown host in one of those anemones. They seem like a good host if the clown will accept it. They stay fairly small and don't tend to roam around the tank. Also, they seem to be common in their natural environment. They do have a very strong sting though, and mine permanently browned up after moving under MH's. If I ever raise clowns I'd like to keep a few of those in the grow out tank to encourage them to host in them.

Not sure if this is the one for a grow out tank with baby fish . This one seems to spawn a large amount when it does .May be a danger to little ones .

I have some good pics of it spawning
