clown goby

I have two black clown gobies that absolutely despise each other. They each live in acro on opposite sides of the tank.

I have two yellow clown gobies. They play well together. 99% of the time they're within 4" of each other bebopping around the tank. Sleeps on the same rock too.

DZs - were yours introduced together as juveniles? I like fish and in a 65g I can't have that many, so I'm trying for some smaller ones.

They will pair off like clowns, but the larger one will be the male. Get them as small as possible 1/2in. or less and they most likely will not have reached sexual maturity. If they are both male they will be very territorial.

No I did not introduce them at the same time. I bought a little one back in Feb. Less then an inch for one of my Nano tanks. With it being so small I put it in a breeder box to make sure it ate since there was piggys in there already. Once I released the goby, I used an med size eye dropper to feed it.
When I set up the 90 gal. I moved her in there, then about a month later, I introduced another one that is close to the same size as her. Guess it's a female from the poster above stated. LOL Maybe I need to rename her from Peanut to something else. Now I will say.... The yellow clowns that I've seen in the stores are like 4x's as big as mine. To this day, She will come to the front glass waiting for me to feed her. She taps the dropper faster then I can squeeze the food out. YES, she eats when I feed the whole tank, but some of the food isn't small enough unless I cut it up more. Ever see how small the Hikari bloodworms are? Well, sometimes it looks like they have a piece of RedVine Licorice in their mouths. I've had to put a netting around my overflow box due to their sizes. I love them and since they haven't grown. I would love to get a bigger one to add. They are cute and brightly colored for my tank.
Good Luck if you decide to try them :)

I have a citron clown goby, probably about 1 1/2" in size. I got 2 green gobies, but they hide all the time. I have 2 clown fish - about 3/4" - should I be feeding them something smaller, and if so, what?
