Clown has Lymphocytis

i have looked on the fish disease forums and it looks to me now that my clown has lymphocytis. his lower half lip has growth on it and inside his mouth. yesterday i ran over to the lfs and they didn't have any maracine but something similar as i thought it was fungal. i dosed the tank. he is quiet, not eating and i just feel so helpless. is there anything i can do. Parameters are in the qt tank:

SG .024
temp. 79
trates-10
trites-0
am-.25
Ph-7.8

Could i, if worse comes to worse, take tweezers and take the growth off, or will this clear up on it's own with stable parameters?

my qt tank parameters are rising and falling. i don't feel like doing water changes everyday. can i put him in the mt where it is more stable. will he infect my other fish.

Forgot to mention that he is red in the mouth also

how long has he been in q/t.

good water quality is the only thing that will help lymphositis.

he may get a secondary bacterial infection so it would be best to keep him in q/t and keep up the water changes.

then you can treat for this.

use water from your main tank if needs be.

2 days now. used a buffer to get ph to 8.4 and did a 50 water change. how long, if water quality is good, does it take for fish to start turning around. i added maroxy which is a fungal med. just in case i am wrong. doesn't seen to be stressing him and he is swimming around just can't eat. i hope he doesn't starve to death.
