Clown hosting zoas, can I frag them?

My female clown has decided to host a colony of my zoanthids.
I have been needing to frag this colony for some time, but I want to make sure that fragging it will not doom it.
I want to make sure if I frag, and the female starts hosting it right away, will it harm the zoas?
She has been hosting them for 2-3 weeks now. They are not affected, or do they react when she dives in. They stay open while she is in there.
Any help? Or suggestions?
Thanks.

No you can still frag the if eney thing your clown will move or she will not stop hosting them

Shane I would frag them and then move them to different place in the tank. I think the clownfish would only add more stress to the zoas especially after being fragged.

here is my zoa colony that my clowns host.. ive have no problems taking 30-40 frags off of it. the zoas open right back up within minutes of placing them back in the tank. the clowns hop right back in. the worst that will happen is your clown will try to bite you when you rip her house out of the tank.
