Have a pair of true perc clowns
they are hosting on top of my powerhead...
while this in it's self isnt bad I cnat say I'm thrilled.....would like to see them in other parts of the tank a 24 nano cube
would love to get a real anemome...but they dont seem to do to well in smaller tanks
any that I might be able to try?

that's all my perc have ever done---I have a large rose anenome----percs didn't like that either.
The trick with a rose tip as with most anenome is too keep them well fed, good light current etc so they don't start to move around.
Some people have but a green tip anenome in a small margin container and buried the container in the substrate--this works too with keeping them in place.

what lighting do you have on your tank? that will play a major part of your sucess as well.
Also know that it's not a guarantee that they'll take to the anemone either.
How long have the clowns been in the tank? Could take some time for them to explore a bit.

I could be off base here :) but I have found that feeding them alot reduces them wanting the light and going on the move?
I have a high tank with only 2 150w hallides and 2 compact attinics. My rose anenome has never moved
----or have I been just plain lucky;)
